The notes are autocallable barrier notes with contingent coupons, linked to the least performing of Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN.US), Alphabet Inc. (GOOG.US) and Broadcom Inc. (AVGO.US). If on a monthly observation date the closing level of each reference asset is greater than 85% of its initial level, the notes will be automatically redeemed and investors will receive the principal amount plus the applicable contingent coupon. The contingent interest rate is 1.5333% per month (approximately 18.40% per annum), and no coupon is paid if any reference asset closes below its coupon barrier level of 70% of its initial level on an observation date. If the notes are not automatically redeemed and a trigger event occurs (final level of any reference asset below 70% of its initial level), investors will lose 1% of principal for each 1% decline in the least performing reference asset. The notes are issued in minimum denominations of $1,000.00, do not guarantee any return of principal, and will not be listed on any securities exchange.
